We Get It.
Engaging with customers and prospects online is intimidating. The good news is we’ve already been going at it for a few years now. Mistakes have been made, and so have sales. Since Tyler’s in the business of loan origination, he’s been able to see what works and what doesn’t.
Whether you’re still trying to get your head wrapped around why this stuff matters or just not sure what your next step should be, we can help.
Consulting is what you need it to be. If you know you need some help, don’t be afraid to ask. It’s why we’re in the business we are.
What To Expect
We expect results, but it’s not always immediate. If you’re planning on opening a Twitter and Facebook account and expect to see the money roll in, we need to do some serious management of expectations.
Social media is a marathon. Not a sprint.
If you’re planning on being in your business in twelve months from today, you’re not wasting your time. If you’re last ditch effort to save your company is with social media, please don’t call us. It doesn’t work that way.
We consult with you on whatever you need us to. We’ll help you determine where you need to be seen and we’ll help you put together a strategy to create a conversation in that community. Tyler does this every day in his mortgage business, and he loves understanding markets and how the consumers make purchasing decisions.
What Not To Expect
We aren’t the statistic dorks. If you need statistics for a PowerPoint slide, we’re not the right people to talk to.
When it comes to making money using social media, we’re in. When it comes to spending money to convince someone that social media matters, it’s not us.
Honestly, we don’t think you’d be here if you didn’t see the value in social media. You know it matters. It’s just a matter of how committed to implementing the strategy you are. Only you know the answer to that question.
Let’s Do It!
Consulting is a piece of our business that we’re very selective with. We know very early on if we’re a good fit for a company or an individual. If you’re interested in seeing if we’re a good fit for your organization, let’s start the conversation over email and see where it goes.
Please include the following in your initial email and we can continue the conversation from there:
- Who needs help?
- How would you rate your understanding of social media on a scale of 1-10? (10 being best)
- How much time do you plan to allocate to this project/initiative?
- What are your expectations of a consulting relationship?
- Why do you want to be involved in social media?
We don’t mean to put you off with all of these questions. Really, we don’t. But trust us when Tyler says it will save you both a lot of time if you’re honest with yourself up front. If we’re not a good fit, Tyler can generally connect you with someone who is at no additional cost.
Again, we know a lot of very talented chart makers. But we’re not one of them. We like to talk strategy and implementation. We hope you do as well.
